Qualification & Experience :

• Postgraduates, preferably an MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
• A minimum of 10 years of post qualification professional experience with demonstrable evidence of exceptional performance and fit with the current position.
• The candidate should have strong administrative and organizational skills. Should have effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Age: Max. 45 years as on the last date of application

Name of post : General Manager (GM)- Business Development, Marketing, and Outreach Centre for Digital Transformation

Qualification & Experience :

• Postgraduates, preferably a Ph.D. from a reputed institute with at least 10 years’ post qualification experience in the IT industry of which at least five years should have been in a senior position.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of different organizational functions and their interrelationships. The candidate is expected to have a growth mindset, with experience in managing teams, analytics, strategic planning, business development, and event management.
• Good decision–making and communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders are desirable.
• Fundraising or business development experience will be a great value–add as well.

Age: Max. 55 years as on the last date of application

Name of post : Executive, PGP

No. of posts : 1

Salary : Salary & allowances will be as per 7th CPC norms.

Qualification & Experience :

• The candidate should hold full–time graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Information & Technology) with first class from any recognized university OR the candidate should hold full–time post graduate degree in any discipline with second class from any recognized university.
• The candidate should have minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• A post graduate degree would be preferred.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi–tasking abilities.
• In depth knowledge of MS–Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer–related tasks is essential.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skill and positive aptitude.

Age: Maximum 35 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on age relaxation will be applicable.
